Dear Colleague,

I would like to bring to your attention the following vacancy for a PhD Research Fellow in Intellectual Property Law, in particular in the field of patent law and patent governance, which is currently available at the Faculty of Law of the University of Antwerp (Belgium). It concerns a full-time (100%) vacancy in the Research Group of Government & Law based on a Doctoral Grant by the University Research Fund (BOF).
The research project focuses on patent reforms and institutional changes. It includes a strong comparative law (i.e. Europe, US and Japan) and interdisciplinary component.
A good basic knowledge of intellectual property law is highly desirable.
* Applications may only be submitted online, until the closing date August 10th 2014.
* A pre-selection will be made from amongst the submitted applications. The remainder of the selection procedure is specific to the position and will be determined by the selection panel. The interviews will take place from August 18th until September 12th 2014.
